I couldn't be happier with my experience with Sid Templeton and the other folks at Lone Star Chevrolet. Sid was able to find the truck that I wanted. The price paid was negotiated and fair. Reggie was my contact in finance and everything went as hoped - no surprises. Sid went through the truck with me both before and after the sale. Everyone I dealt with, Sid, Reggie, and Jorge were helpful and friendly. Again, I couldn't be happier. Thanks all.

Horrible experience with the Service Department. I've bought 3 vehicles from them in the past and each time it was fantastic. There was theft of personal belongings, charges for services I didn't request, and incomplete work for what I paid for. Sent email to GM and service Mgr two weeks ago. No response as of yet. I will make sure to tell everyone I know to not buy from this dealer.

Sid Templeton- listened to all of wants and concerns and I really believed he fought to get me the best deal.

He greeted us and had a lot of product knowledge and made this my most enjoyable car buying experience to date. Not only did he do a great job as a salesman, he made you feel like a friend.

Andy called me back when I asked for a bottom line price on a specific Cruze. He got my business by returning that call and working hard to make sure i was happy with our deal on the car. Bradley was very knowledgeable and got us a great interest rate. And Elizabeth in new car delivery was absolutely great at explaining our new car features.

Bradley who helped us with financing was very nice and helpful. It was a very smooth transaction with him. Jorge who helped us at the end was an refreshing end to our experience. He was very enthusiastic about our purchase, and went through all the features of our new car. EVERYONE WAS AWESOME. The next time we need our car we will definitely be back. Greeted me very well. Listened to my concerns about my Equinox & was polite about it even after I advised him I had to be at work by 9:00 a.m. so I asked if they could fix it ASAP, though I didn't have an appointment.

We bought a used car that we had issues with and they helped get us in a new 2013 traverse. Through the entire process they have been professional, timely and worked to help make a not so good situation a great situation. Lone Star employees EXCEED what is expected in customer service!
