I AM a certified strong first level I KETTLEBELL instructor. Firefighter paramedic for the Houston fire dept. And a functional movement specialists. I have spent roughly 16 YRS in the health and fitness industry both AS a student and instructor. MY experiences include being an assistant instructor AT a mixed martial arts Academy. Personal fitness instruction. Group instruction. And event preparation. Even though MY methods include KETTLEBELLS. Calisthenics. Corrective exercises. And CLUBBELLS. There is only ONE foundation; quality movement first. MY goal for each student is graceful painless movement. Once we achieve graceful movement. We will then progressively ADD resistance molding YOU into the athletic human GOD designed YOU to BE. The greeks called this term kalos sthenos. Which translates to 'beautiful strength.
