We have been wating on parts for nearly 8 months. Never got a call back and every time I call they know nothing about the parts. The service employees have No initiative to call and see what's taking them so long. I finally had to cancel the order and go elsewhere to get service. Not recommended to anyone. I have never written a review especially a bad one but service there was ridiculous.

Bought a fifth wheel from them they gave us the wrong dinette with it when we called to inform the sales man Bob he gave us the lame excuse that they were the correct ones since we went with the dinette instead of the booth the fabrics won't match. I contacted the manufacturer and they corrected the problem. they are rude to you once they get your money. Our trailer was given to us dirty and with a broken bunk frame which we made an issue before we drive off.

These people clearly do not care about customer service. Save your money, save your time, save your effort. Don't go here.
