My apartment is beautiful, clean and quiet. Maintenance issues are dealt with promptly. This property is an older property and with it has quirks. However, this also means that there are lush grounds. The courtyard has lemon trees and tables with umbrellas for use of quiet enjoyment. The residents are quiet and respectful. The management is efficient and kind. I recommend it!

I'm a graduate student who had nothing but trouble at this apartment complex. Every time something needed to be repaired, it took upwards of a month for it to be fixed correctly. The maintenance man had very little idea what he was doing and he tracked his muddy boots all over my floor every time he came in. The A/C unit leaked for the entire year I was there, despite the repeated attempts to have them fix it. For security, you should be advised that the gate can simply be pushed open. The landlords know this because I warned them, but they outright refused to have it fixed because they're incredibly stingy. Also, be advised that you will be sharing your living space with a range of wildlife, including cockroaches and lizards.



FYI, when you leave they will charge you $125 out of your deposit for "cleaning" whether the apartment needs to be cleaned or not. I talked to a lawyer in an attempt to get my money back, and he advised me that $125 is not worth pursuing legally, and that I was basically out of luck.
