most CRAPPIEST workers you will ever have except for the one young boy who is actually professional. They were given clear instructions on where to put what and instead they just threw everything into one room. they told us that because they ran out of the boxes(25+ boxes) WE provided even though we are the clients and pay them to do this , and they could not continue their services because of it . My kids ended up having to put everything in trash bags and bringing it over themselves. They also put all of this “extra” stuff in one of my kids rooms though they were given instructions on where to put these things (the back house) . And the bed that supposed to go in that room(the room that had everything thrown into it) was put in the wrong room and not even built properly. my kid weighs less than 100 pounds and sat on it, and it fell into pieces.. Not to mention now my kids have to stay up and do the movers job THE MAIN MOVER EVEN HAD THE AUDACITY TO ASK FOR PAYMENT BEFORE THEY WERE EVEN 50% FINISHED!!!!!!!!! my kids and i went the WHOLE day without eating but STILL bought them lunch when they ask.. WHICH I DONT have an issue doing WHEN I PLAN FOR A JOB TO BE DONE CORRECTLY AND WELL !!!!!!! PLEASEEEE SAVE YOUR MONEY AND TIME AND FIND SOMEONE WHO WILL NOT WASTE UR TIME OR MONEY !!!!!!

I have used them for my last three moves and have always been very satisfied with their service. The movers are on time, friendly, hard working and focused on getting the job done in a timely manner.

My last move was in friend's pickups 30+ years ago. Since then life events included children and inheritances that multiplied everything to be moved. I needed help. My realtor suggested Los Flores based on her client's recommendations and Angies list and the BBB agreed on an A+ rating.
Now I join them in praise of the whole team at Los Flores. They are patient, efficient, and qualified to move antiques and regular household goods. A very thorough, professional job.
