A driver from Ideal Towing hit my parked car on the evening of July 18th, 2008 while driving wrecklessly down on the street in front of my home. The incident was witnessed by my neighbor who went out, talked to the driver and took down the driver's info. A police report for the incident was filed on July 28th. My husband and me called the company numerous times since the incident. Representatives of the company never returned one of our phone calls. Representatives of my auto insurance company also failed to reach anyone.

Finally my auto insurance took care of my car and Ideal Towing never replied.
