this has to be the dirtiest Marshall I've been to. Employees are rude and have ghetto attitude. cloths are always on the floor...I've seen roaches there.Just nasty. And clothing there look like rags. I'll never step foot in this place again.

I am a huge fan of Marshall's. I could spend hours & hours there. The one on HWY 6 is really a hit or miss with selection. It seems in the past two years, it has really deteriorated..What ruins it for this Marshalls is the staff. I don't mind going through racks and racks of clothes to find a deal.What I do mind is a unfriendly & understaffed store. Many of the cashiers have no training on how to handle simple matters, and they are very rude. Shopping in different Marshall's, I have seen the way things are be handled, and the cashiers on HWY 6, are quick to be rude.That is not our culture. I was lucky enough to get a very professional male manager on 3/19/9 who handled my situation easily. The other manager's in the past have been ARROGANT. I asked for help in tracking down stools. The manager was RUDE. He said that wasn't his job. Um excuse me, I have been in management, and everything is your job.These things occur too often at this location on HWY 6, I won't be going back in there.
