HORRIBLE LOCATION!! People are rude and insensitive. Refused to give m daughter a massage because she's had cancer! She's in remission. Said they were afraid it would make her sick??? Seriously? And other locations have given her massages while in treatment. Therapists acted like she was scared to touch her! THen had the nerve to say that she didn't OWE them anything and that she could spend her G/C on their products!

Since I my last visit the staff has greatly improved in their efficiency and customer service. I would recommend Ken as a therapist to anyone!

This facility is the worst! It is dirty, and the therapists here aren't professional.
