These guys are a complete rip off. To start off, you pay for everything before it's installed. I came in today after recently purchasing from them already, assuming I would be kept in mind. Guess not. I was having a train horn installed in my car, "dont ask me why" and it should take up to an hour or two. Fair enough. I come back to the shop over an hour later and waited a while longer. About 20 minutes goes by and I am called in to check out the work. I honk the horn a couple of times, sounds good. On the way back to my house the vehicle started to overheat and there is a funny smell coming from under the hood. I pull over off an exit to check the engine to find out the whole tank, AND horns are installed RIGHT in front of my radiator with a tie down! SERIOUSLY? Scratching paint and bending the ac coils in the process. The install alone took over an hour with over $100 for installation fee's. This is unacceptable. Calling them back I was told there are no refunds and you can not get your money back. Very rude and abrupt on the phone. To make matters worse they used extra SPEAKER WIRE to connect to the battery and the button to activate the horns, instead of a primary wire. Overall I have wasted hard earned money and learned a life lesson. I hope this review spreads and business halts.
