The service was good, the sales associate was very friendly. I was looking for a great deal, and I got it, but have had to deal with very frustrating circumstances. The delivery was late, and the add-ons that I purchased were delivered in the wrong size. (I have a feeling the delivery guys knew it was the wrong one & were hoping that I wouldn't) I was told to drive back to the store to pick up the correct size, when I got there, they didn't have any in stock & was told to come back the next day. The mattress was missing its tags, but still have not received any information back on that, they say it's new- hopefully doesn't have any bodylice. LOL
