Things have changed. The doctor is wonderful as always. Patient and easy to talk with. Answers questions and takes time with my elderly sister. Staff as of this date, excellent. Staff member went above the call of duty to look up information for us on the computer. Great. In a minute the whole family will be in her office.

Great doctor, rude staff! Had an office visit on 4/8. Received a call back several days later to request pharmacy info to call in a prescription. The staff could not pronounce the labs correctly or the name of the medication to be filled. After waiting one week, I called back to ask why a prescription was not called in. A different staff person checked my chart and stated the doctor did not make a note in my chart as to the prescription that was supposed to be called in and said" the records may have been incorrect" and would need to be followed up on Monday when the doctor returned. Received another call back on 4/30 (22 days later!) at 1600-by an office staff person, Ashanti, that was very rude. She gave her name but not her title, I asked for the office manager and was put on hold. I called back and the call went straight to voicemail. I called the Park Plaza office and was told that the (S.Main) office was closed for the day and would have to follow up in the am.
