The least I can expect when visiting the doctor for any reason, annual checkup or emergency is to found and a friendly face and respect, respect not only for the patient also for the time he/she expend on the waiting room. Unfortunately I did not found any at my last visits to the Doctor Ramirez offices, I had seen Dra Fanny Ramirez for more than 8 years, the last 2 visits was very upset, more than 1hr an ½ waiting and a unfriendly nurse/secretary very aggressive and offensive. My wife and a baby wait for more than one hour. It is disrespectful to patients waiting for more than an hour after having made an appointment with one month in advance and someone call from the same office to confirm the day before, 15 minutes it is normal but 1 hour in half??, as it is also completely disrespectful how the nurse or secretary spoke to me before the Doctor come in.

My whole family has been going to this Dr for a few years. Unfortunately service has really deteriorate. They forget to sumit prescriptions take long or dont answer request from pharmacy. It appear that they have taken on too many patients. When calling to make appoinments they are always a month out or more. I called for my mother she was feeling really sick and has diabetes. They did not care and wanted her to wait another 24 hours before they would see her.
