I was very satisfied with their quick response and their honesty.

I just needed a jump to start my car n they never showed up !!!!!!!!

Note to the service managers hi thinks these are fraudulent reviews: If your service is so great, tell the guy answering the phone that he should accept new business instead of screaming over me to "call the wrecker call the wrecker". Legit, I just wanted a starter changed out at my house. And I was totally willing the pay the $69 fee to come here, until you screamed at me. Obviously you don't need business. Good day!

I just called this guy and he is EXTREMELY unprofessional. The entire conversation I felt as if I was being swindled, he does not listen to anything you say and get this at the end of his spill he told me to call him back when I'm ready! OMG I was floored! I cant speak on his work but I will tell you this, professionalism is a huge factor for me and he has NONE!

I know customer satisfaction and presenting yourself professionally is important in business. But man! This mechanic is rude on the phone before I even show him the car. Please avoid this mechanic, unless you like to be treated like a scum bag. I am pretty mellow guy, but this mechanic insulted me and hang up the phone on my face when I told him that another mechanic was willing to do the same kind of service for $50 less. Right before I could even asked him if he can match it, he blew up, got unprofessional, and hang the phone up without any further discussion. I was willing to make a deal with him if he is available, but noooooooooooooooo, he hung up the phone.....very, very , very unprofessional.
