Provided by YP.comRUN FOR THE HILLS! The mechanic seemed slow like something was wrong with him. He was chewing tobacco and spitting all around my car. I explained that my battery was brand new so that couldn’t be the issue but he insisted it was. So he had me purchase a brand new battery then installed it, costing me $300 for parts and labor and the CAR STILL DIDN’T WORK!
He had the nerve to charge $35 for the trip to the auto parts store which was literally a 5 minute drive around the corner. I feel robbed and want my money back. I tried to call the auto parts store to see if I could get a refund for the battery I just brought but was informed that if it was installed they can’t take it back. UGH!
Before the mechanic left (leaving my car still not working) he said the problem is my ac compressor and he'll charge an EXTRA $219 for the labor and I have to buy the parts which will total out to be an extra $500 if I decide to get that done.. These people must be crazy if they think I’m wasting anymore of my hard earned money on them.
I called the manager/dispatcher to explain how I spent all this money for nothing and couldn’t even get a refund from the auto parts store about my battery but I was talking to a brick wall. Customer service is nonexistent with them.
I went to the BBB to complain about being charged for NOTHING! I put the complaint in a week ago and the company still hasn’t responded because they know they’re wrong for what they did to me and just won’t own up to it.

Provided by YP.comThe morning of Oct 5, 2016 I called Mobile Mechanic
at 713-465-7300. I explained to the very polite Dispatcher
that 2 very tiny kittens were trapped under the hood of my
husband's car & we didn't want to injure them by starting the
engine. I was reassured by the Dispatcher that one of their
mechanics had dealt with a similar kitten situation previously
and the successful rescue had been featured on local
Houston TV news. I was told a mechanic would be sent
immediately and in less than 30 mins the Mechanic Donald Ray Lane arrived. He immediately assessed the situation
to determine the best plan to remove/rescue the kittens without damaging them or the vehicle. This was definitely
not an easy or quick-fix job! Ray worked tirelessly and
patiently for nearly 4 Hours to successfully rescue the very
elusive kittens. Ray did not give up and persevered in spite
of the repeated challenges presented by the frightened
kittens and the complex engine accessibility.
Ray did an amazing job and he never lost his cool or displayed any frustration--he was a perfect gentleman
at all times! Ray is a real credit to his profession and
represents customer service at its absolute best!!!
THANK YOU RAY,

Provided by YP.comTERRIBLE! I had to make a yellow pages account just to warn people to stay away! JUAN is the worst! He is very unprofessional and yells at the customers. Not only me, but other customers in the shop. He doesn't explain anything and just expects you to understand and hand over your card. He tried to walk away in the middle of me questioning why he was charging me for certain parts in my engine. Very shady. I do not recommend going to this place.
