Provided by YP.comCalled in for 2007 BMW 530i, got transfered to Krystal Fobbs. Really liked the vehicle and wanted to purchase it. Asked her if they will do any better on price. She sad that she needs to talk with used car Manager. I have been waiting for 5 hours to get the answer. Having no response I start calling and no answer. I have send her an e-mail. She got back with me right 5 minutes before closing, that the manager is reviewing my offer and she will get back with me first thing in the morning. Next day been waiting all day long for her call and nothing, called couple of times in and some other people told me that she is busy and will get back with me later. Nothing untill 1 hour befor closing I send her an e-mail and she replyed that the car I wanted got sold.
This is what she replyed ( I apologize for the wait. Fridays are very busy days for the managers. My manager was working on the comparison to see if we could match the price on the other vehicle, but during that process, someone else make a deal on the car for the price that we were asking for it, so unfortunately, it is no longer available. Can I assist you in finding a comparable vehicle?)
Horrible customer service, no professionalism, took her 2 days to get me a price on the car. I would not recomend buying from this dealership!!!!!!!!! They claim that they have the best price in the aria, go in a different dealership and you will pay less for the car and you will have much better experience.

Worst Place Ever Reward go to...... BMW Collision and Repair (Southwest Houston) Brought it in on 7/23/14...today is 9/19/2014 for rear damage!!! You would think that the damn car was totaled. Doesn't it take less time than that to build a whole new damn car???? REDICKULOUS!!!!!

Provided by YP.comForget about the worst repair shop, this is quite possibly the worst business I have ever dealt with!! And they do it to everyone it seems! They lie, cheat, do things incorrectly, and then lie about doing things incorrectly again.
I gave my Audi to them which had minor rear damage. They said it would take 3 weeks. I thought that was absurd but I agreed. After 3 weeks, I gave them a call and they said "Oh we didn't get the parts yet." Truth was, as I found out with my insurance company, is that they never ordered it. Then when they got the parts, they didn't seal them properly so there were marks everywhere on the vehicle. Then I told them to fix that - he said it would take one day. 8 days later, I got it back and then they put the emblems incorrectly. Then he said he would order them right away and it would take 2-3 days. It's been 10 days now and he won't even respond to my emails or voicemails. They do not care AT ALL about the customer, they blatantly lie over and over again about time frames and their work, and worst of all they don't even do a good job. I would avoid these people at all costs.

Provided by YP.comI took my BMW 335i here june 29,2012 and today is july 19,2012 still not ready they keep emailing me its not ready. parts not arrived, moved to paint center, wheel not arrived. what is was the damage in my car just the door need to replace and the fender that as all, how long will it take to just replace it maybe a week. but its almost a month not ready yet. they have a poor service will never take my car there again.
