Not recommended for personal self help. My husband and I attended an anger management class because we were seeking help with managing our anger in a healthy manner. This class was supposed to be 4 hours long for $60 per person. The class started 45 minutes late with a 30 minute break. With only 1.5 hours left, we didn't learn anything. At the beginning of the class we were given about a 10 page assessment which was to be our outline for the class. We were only on page 2 when we decided that our money would be wasted if we stayed any longer. We kindly asked to leave without paying and was granted permission. This class is good for someone who is just trying to get a certificate for legal reasons, but is not for those who are actually seeking help with anger issues.

Lakewood Church offers a totally FREE anger management class on Monday nights at 7 pm on the third floor. I will attend that 12 week class and hopefully find the help I need,

The Director of this program is a person who really cares about the welfare of my mother, she provides a home visit once a month to make sure my mother is doing ok and to make groceries, transport her to the doctor. She has even provided my mother with the doctors co-pays and located her a great doctor at Herman Hospital. The Director of the Program is truly passionate about her work.
