I ordered 2 Chavel Floor Mirrors for 2 little girls for Christmas from Gram and Pap they quoted me Dec.24 or Dec 31,2014 latest, This is January 19, and I don't have my mirrors yet. I called which I had tracking numbers for , never came called said there was a mixup , they would send them even a tracking number, NO mirrors. Just called Mon. Jan 12

problem again they would sent them out . One week no mirrors and I have made a payment on the bill with no merchandise,

My girls want to know where their Christmas present is.

well i think that everyone has a similar experience. Amazon must be in deep with them because they won't honor their own Policy with returning the item. Amazon also won't let you give them a bad review without taking it down. they took all three of mine down. Claimed I used profanity in one. Never said a word even close. Then they said it was too repetitive. It was two sentences. Then they said I used a URL. I did, since I couldn't write a review about Moysha, I simply wrote: If since I can't give an honest review, check out yelp and the yellow pages reviews. And Amazon deleted that as well

Do NOT order from this place!!

This company sells stuff at amazon.com. I ordered a cream that I was supposed to get within 3-5 days. After a week an a half of not getting the cream I wrote a bad review on their company at three amazon.com. I got a call from the company right the next day begging me to delete the review because the employee was going to get in trouble. I was told they were going to send me the cream the next day. After a wee an a half I received the WRONG face cream. I called them, the apologize and said they were going to send me the order that same day and I would received it within 3 days. After 2 weeks and still haven't gotten anything. I called them, told them about my order, they put me on hold and then they hung up on me. I've been trying to call ever since then and they don't pick up the phone. I have a feeling that they have caller ID. I finally call amazon.com and filed a complain. Save yourself a headache and don't order from this company!!!!!!!

I ordered a chair of limited stock from them via Amazon after ordering it from HomeClick on 9/29 and getting a response back on 10/1 stating it was out of stock and would not ship until 12/26. Yes you read that right. So I turned to my trusty Amazon and ordered from Moysha a an Amazon Seller. What a mistake!



10/1 - ordered chair from Amazon

10/4 - received notice that item shipping label was printed

10/9 - checked UPS tracking which reflected that UPS had not received the item. Emailed seller via Amazon to state there has been no activity on the item's shipping label.

10/10 - after not getting a response message all day I called the seller. Seller stated they would put a "tracer" on the item and if I had not received it by 10/15 they would automatically send one out. I asked specifically if they have it in stock. They responded they did. I emphasized I wanted the chair over any refund. They stated they had the chair in stock and would put aside one in case they needed to send "another one".

10/16 - emailed seller stating item was not received and per discussion item should be shipped immediately. Received no response.

10/18 - called seller and got full (cell phone) voicemail. Called repeatedly until phone was answered. Was informed by a different person that a tracer takes 8 days but that they would send out the item that day. I told seller they needed to send it out that day or give me a refund. They stated they would send it that day and send me an email confirmation. I got no email.

10/19 - called seller and got full voicemail again. Called Amazon to find out my options. They opened an investigation. Called seller again to find out where my chair was. Was told they were trying to locate one to send me. See notes from 10/10 to see why this made me angry. Amazon ultimately refunded me but has none in stock. Stock is low everywhere and to get it now looks like it will cost in excess of $200 when I paid $122 on Wayfair for the first one and $143 to Moysha for what was supposed to be the second one.



Don't do business with these people if you want furniture that is actually delivered and is intact.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!! It has been such a nightmare. I was excited to surprise my 4yr old with a bunk bed I order thru Amazon. As soon as I opened it I realized it was NOT expresso " (color I ordered) it was a walnut/ honey color. I called them and spoke with Dylan on a Saturday. He said he would look into it and call me on Monday. I never recieved a call on Monday so I called them and was told by Dyaln it was exactly what I ordererd. I called AMAZON and told them my situatiuon and let them know I wanted to return it because it was not the color I wanted however the seller "Mohshya" refuses to give me a prepaid label. They suggested I filed an A-Z Claim however it would take 2 weeks. Week later I recieved a email from Amzon customer service stating I had to pay for shipping, include insurance and tracking in order to recieve my refund!! Really!? I honestly was very disappointed with Amazon as well. In the end to avoid so much My husband and I kept the bunk bed but now we are missing the slats! I highly doubt they will be sending them :(. I agree with many of the other reviews, this company should be baned! I strongly suggest you take your business elsewhere. I wish I would have read the reviews before going thru this.

This place sucks! I'd NEVER order from this place again! They marked my order as "shipped" when it wasn't. I waited and on the last day it was supposed to be delivered, I never got anything. I sent them and email and they said it was shipped, and gave me a tracking number that was opened THAT SAME DAY I emailed them! LIARS!! Took over 2 weeks to get my order, and if I never contacted them, they would've probably never sent it. Unless you want to lose your money (or get pissed off), don't bother with these guys.......

Buyer beware. They are crooks. Ordered my daughter a vanity set in Nov. I shod have already rcvd it. Tried contacting seller. No response. Tracking now says out for delivery in California. I live in Massachusetts. I wish I cod give a negative review. They took my money and know my daughter will not rcv her gift.

If there was any worse rating I would pick it. My package has not even been shipped yet even thought it supposed to have arrived a day before I wrote this review. I am contacting Amazon and will do my best to get this seller off the site and market. UNBELIEVABLE!!!

Customers should take a legal ...

Customers should take a legal action against these crooks. They need to be black listed in Amazon and in this country. I ordered a dining table set and they sent me wrong chairs. When I called them back, they said that the manufacturer no longer made those chairs and they were not responsible for what was put up on amazon. They asked me to adjust to the new chairs as they were only a "little" different from the ones I ordered. My Dhillon is very unprofessional and does not care about customer satisfaction. They are all crooks.

Let’s see where do I begin. I had ordered a Coaster Twin Wood Loft Bunk Bed with Workstation from Moshya Home Furnishings in Houston Texas through Amazon for my daughter on July 12, 2012. I received the item on July 25, 2012. I eagerly built this bed before my daughter came home from school. Unfortunately a key part was missing the desk top (part L Item 460063). I immediately called to report the issue and the person DILLON from Moshya stated no problem. I received emails to verify the part and I diligently responded both via email and phone conversation for verification. Well, after 17 emails between Amazon and Moshya (DILLON) and 38 phone calls and counting. I still do not have “part L”. I have never seen such delinquent customer service and deception in my life. This company only cares for the money. I should have read the reviews for these crooks prior to making a purchase but I A S S U M E D that I was buying this through AMAZON, what could go wrong, A refund was the answer, so I was to dismantle this bed, pack it and ship it at no cost to anyone but myself – really, really! I just hope that the manufacturer whom so far seems to be backing me (the customer). All I need is the part, how hard can that be. What has happened to hard work and common courtesy.

This review is for the SELLER, Moshya Home Furnishings! I left a negative review about them and then removed it pending the receipt of my item and now the program won't let me resubmit. SO, I hope people planning on using this company read this FIRST! I was suppose to receive this product on May 10th! It is now June 1st and I still have not received this item! I talked to Dylan at Moshya Home Furnishings and he said he was working with the shipper to get it here. This also seems to be the only person willing to help you there. I have called countless times about my shipment and they always tell me I need to talk to Dylan, who never seems to be there! I have talked to the shipper numerous times with no luck. This bed was a birthday present for my daughter's eighth birthday, which was two weeks ago!!!! I talked to Moshya Home Furnishings today to let them know that I still don't have this bed and would like a refund and maybe they would have better luck getting it back to where ever it came from. The lady on the phone told me that she was unable to do that until she talks to the shipper, Saia Motor Freight, again and that if a refund would be issued I wouldn't get the $160 for shipping back with it! I told her that the shipping of it has been the whole problem. I filed and A-Z claim with Amazon, and now I am suppose to wait up to two weeks for an investigation and HOPEFULLY a refund. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM MOSHYA HOME FURNISHINGS unless you want a nightmare!!!
