Ordered a ecm for my 08 dodge ram 3500 for a bad regulator in the ecm. Got here when they said it would. Changed it out in about 20 minutes, everything works great. Would definitely recommend NCP!

Ordered pcm from local parts house, after over 2 weeks with no response canceled order. Checked ebay found NPC, made an order. Called them to confirm my order. VERY friendly staff. After answering my question, they had order shipped so fast, the ink on my shipping address was still damp. As stated (plug & play) had my Jeep running 4 days later +30 minutes install. A TOP rated business!!!! At better than 1/2 price of local parts store.

I will never do business with this company again!



We were replaceing an automotive computer for a transmission shift concern. We recieved and installed a computer from this company. We had 3 different companies come to program the keys. All 3 companies said the same thing, that the computer would not communicate. The company's response is that we damaged the computer and they would give no refund. The original computer was installed into the vehicle to allow the customer to drive the vehicle while we source another computer.



I should have checked reviews before buying from this company, as they seem to have a pattern of this same complaint.

Horrible. they incorrectly flashed a pcm and sent it out when called they blamed us. problem was in the initial flash programming that they had already done. When asked for a little reimbursement was basically told its our problem. customer down almost a week over their mistake

08 Ford Fusion PCM dealer said on back order. NPC had one ready program and had to only input two keys. All for less than 400 $ dealer wanted 850 $ I will continue to use these guys. NPC!

ordered from these guys a few, not sure why the negative reviews, every time so far has cured our problem and come preprogrammed, plug and play. saved tons of money over a new dealer computer - thanks npc!

Company does not offer high quality parts. Ordered a computer for a customers car and it came in spray painted and damaged in shipping due to improper packing by NPC. Even though owner could see the damage him self they would not refund my money. We will never do business again. And neither should you!

They consistently have parts available on hand and ship next day air for free!
