I had a similar experience as the user above. I called in on a rainy day, couldn't get anyone else to even answer the phone, and even in the bad weather these guys were there and in and out in what seemed no more than a few minutes. They were cheaper than most services I have used in the past, and very courteous. I highly recommend them if you have a computer or other technical issue.

Wow! Fast service, and reasonably priced. Had a desktop and a laptop that needed work, they sent out a tech within 3 hours. (I think his name was alex) he did a great job and now my virus issues are gone! If you need a nerds--this is the place. They also gave me 25.00 off for being a first time customer! :-)

These guys were exceptional! They did a great job, and were in and out in only 3 hours. To me thats a big deal, considering that they worked on 3 computers at a time! I usually don't like computer companies, but I was very happy with them! The tech was very friendly and took the time to explain anything I had questions about. (I am NOT a geek...lol) If you are looking for a tech company--these guys are the ones to call. :-)

Why even consider anyone else for your computer repair needs? I freaking love Nerds Next Door. They are quick, they are responsive, they treat me like they care, I mean REALLY care about me and my business. I had Mike handle everything to get around my really, really crazy scheduling. Ok, I just had to throw that out there. I'm new to texas and I've been waiting to use that phrase. Finally! Vindication! Anyway enough rambling. I just had my laptop fixed with Nerds Next Door.
