TV ad with 10000 cases implant experience, so I try to do my front teeth . Dr Bui did very bad implant, did not wear gloves when touched patient mouth. Never come back here. I don't want to smile after implat. Picture is my implant 😩

Little back history here . I had not been to the dentist in many years but in march of 2018 I chipped a molar and went to the dentist to have this fixed. I knew I had bleeding gums and figured ,ok. I will get a root canal and a deep cleaning and be ship shape. I went to a local dentist here in Georgetown and was told I need multiple extractions and implants. That I had severe periodontal disease. This shocked me as I knew I had issues but I have always been very healthy to the point I don't have diabetes,heart problems,high blood pressure or even grey hair! (I am 45 years old!) This office began work on me but were reluctant to continue. So they had me visit a periodontist who again said,yes extractions. All this would have been fine but the cost was around 18,000. I figured I should try and find the best in the country for alternatives. I ran across one in the Seattle area but she wanted me to do the $18,000 treatments and then come in for her 8,000 dollar treatments. One in Dallas was willing to do it for 31,000.
I then learned of Dr, Bui. he is very knowledgeable and has more degrees and certifications on his office walls to fill a hallmark store. Very impressive. This man leads the field in dentistry in the nation. I sent him my x-rays and digital photos of my mouth and he said I did not have bone loss or the level of problems I had been told. He took the time and effort to communicate with me and explain why and the how. He told me at the most my case was around the lower thousands area in cost. I made an appointment and saw him yesterday and he cleaned my teeth and started the first part of my implant. He is a very kind man that understands that it has been an odyssey for me and that I have either had dentist ask for a cost of treatment in the range of a fairly nice car. Or flat out had dentist see me, shake their heads and see me to the door,literally,(I had the one in Georgetown do just that after I was scheduled and was in the dental chair, bib and all!)
I am experiencing absolutely no pain the day after and my gums look the best they have in years this very morning. If you have been told by other dentist that you need extensive work done. DO NOT hesitate! Call Dr.Bui! I look forward to seeing Dr. Bui again and leading a life with a healthy smile. God bless Dr, Bui!

Awful dentistry, this place is so greedy, need to take off site(nhan hien). Dentist (Bui Xuan Dinh) is not honest, always want to get more and more money. Never get back

Nhân hiền cái gì ? Nhân Tiền thì có . Bà vợ lúc nào cũng nắm chặt túi tiền, không biết tuỳ cơ tính toán với patient , charge thẳng tay , nên bỏ chữ Nhân hiền đi cho thích hợp . Muốn nhân mà bà xã không nhân thì bỏ cái bảng hiệu đầy mỉa mai đi ông Định ơi !

Tôi là người không sợ gặp nha sĩ, vậy mà sau lần gặp nha sĩ ở văn phòng này tôi đã cảm thấy rất sợ khi nghĩ tới . Nha sĩ làm cho tôi rất cẩu thả. Tôi rất thất vọng và hối hận vì đã tới văn phòng nha sĩ này. Never come back.����

Thành thật mà nói, tôi rất thích bác sĩ , chủ của Nhân Hiền, người thường có mặt trên truyền hình rao giảng về chăm sóc và kiến thức về nha khoa. Nhưng cách mà các nhân viên làm thì không thể chấp nhận !

- Bác sĩ phải giáo dục cho nhân viên về thái độ, cho dù những "cụ" nha-công (dental technician) còn trẻ măng.Nhưng ngoài chữ yes, no, mặt lạnh như băng Alaska ! Là dân Việt , phải biết lễ phép với khách hàng lớn tuổi. Chứ không phải được vài chữ yes, no rồi xem thường những người không nói được tiếng Anh



- Đúng là như một cái chợ, như tôi đã nói với người nhà của mình và bạn bè.



Honestly, I likes Doctor who is office owner and also the host of a dental care program on Vietnamese TV show. He has great knowledgment of dental care. But his employees did not as good care of customer as he does.



- It is business ! ok . So what ? But it couldn't be a meat market, but market between profeesional people and patients

" N. H " is very nice name.But to deserve this name, the doctor has to do much more with his employees.

This is a very scandalous place with their billing practice. I am a patient with insurance. I have to ask them to print out a bill which itemize what they are doing and what they're billing the insurance company, otherwise they wouldn't do it. They proceed to scribble down into the sheet of paper what they are charging me for the work, and it is much more than what's shown on the bill.



I asked why it's that much more and they stated that it was "co-pay" that was the difference. I asked them to include the co-pay amount into the bill like any other office and they said no, just pay the difference. The bill to the insurance has nothing to do with me they said, it's between them and the insurance. I mean, it has everything to do with me that they report my co-pay to my insurance company! I told them this isn't a typical legal billing practice and the clerk lady, more like a middle age hag that think she's smart became so rude and told me they can bill however they want to the insurance and it's non of my business in that matter.



I hope more of this shady practice would be report on this business so they would not continue to rip off people, especially the Vietnamese non-english speaking folks in the area.
