Worst business ever!!

Nima has the most horrible customer service I have ever seen!!! She threatens her customers and treats them like garbage! She goes back on her word after she already takes your money. She has zero work ethic, zero customer service, and zero respect for people!!! She ruined my engagement process and engagemt dress. She harnessed and threatened me in her store to tears. Do not buy from this crazy lady. Her staff, Rita and Jessica, are awesome but Nima the owner is HORRIBLE!!!!! Do not waste your money to support this horrible business! She needs to be reported to the better business bureau!!!

I am extremely disappointed with the business ethics of Nima Fashions. I am a vendor that met Nima at a designer conference and received a signed order from her. When it was time to receive and pay for her order, she not only denied ever meeting our company and signing the order (even after it was faxed to her), but she also had the audacity to order extra fabric and then refuse the entire order when it arrived. She then went so far as to make disparaging remarks about the style of clothing (that she ordered). And while I believe she has the right to her own opinion, she should not order from businesses she has no intention of paying or lying about instances that clearly have been documented. If you are a potential customer, I recommend getting everything in writing and have several witnesses prior to making any major financial decisions. Customer beware!

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

Nima does NOT listen to the customer and will ruin the experience of finding/making a dress for your wedding! Nima promised she would make a Mother of the Bride dress. We told her we wanted a wine colored dress. Instead, she brought back pink, purple and a rainbow colored lace and fabric. Of course, this was not what we were looking for at all. There was a brown dress with lace in the store but we wanted to know if she could obtain more material to make a bolero jacket and add the lace to the bottom of the dress. Nima asked us to give her some time to call her supplier to see if she could obtain more brown lace. That Monday, I called and she said it was not available and she would only have enough fabric to make the jacket but not the bottom of the dress. She also said that we would need to come in to pick fabric for the bottom of the dress. At that time, I told her I would talk to my Mother and we would think it over and let her know. On Monday, we called and said this was not what we were looking for and we would like our deposit back. She said she had already started making the dress and would only give us half of the deposit back. We never authorized her to start this dress. How could she start a project when we had not even picked out the satin material for the bottom of the dress. During our conversation, Nima was incredibly rude and kept saying we signed the papers. We never signed any papers and she could not produce them. That's because we never signed anything. In the span of 5 minutes, she had changed her story 6 different times. Nima Boutique is a horrible place to shop and she will make your experience a nightmare!!!!!
