I got a bill on yestarday 8-6-11....Well I went to the other location first paid them 520.00 and waited...the machine broke so they sent me top your location at sam houston pkwy...I had already paid at the other location,.,....you charged me 413.00 and sent me a bill. So not only did i get charged twice but i paid 520.00 & the bill is only 413.00. So someone owes me the difference.

Dr Noah was great. Billing is a nightmare. When I set my appointment up I told them if I had to pay something I would need to wait. They verified my insurance and I called them 3 times to make sure before the appt and was told all 3 time the insurance was covered at 100%. No payment was necessary. I went to the appt and no payment was required. 3 weeks after; I get a bill for $108.00. I call them to see what was going on. I was told the person I need to speak with had left for the day they would inform the correct person and they wil call me. I get no call. 2 weeks later I get another bill in the mail. I called again and spoke to a Dominque and she said she would talk to the supervisor as soon we hang up about the situation and they would get it corrected. 2 weeks later I get a third bill and now it is higher than the first 3. No supervisor has called me to discuss, but I keep getting bills and now a higher one which I do not know why. I like Dr Noah not DO NOT TRUST BILLING

I had an MRI in November which I was required to pay up front for the procedure. My insurance was also billed and paid. I called to get a refund and was told it would be to me within a week. Seven weeks later I still have not recieved my refund. I have repeatedly called and can not get the supervisor to return my calls. This is my second review of the business, the first one was concerning the same issue and did not stay posted very long. Whereas the positive reviews have remained on the website for quite a while. It is really too bad because the service was very good. I also am in healthcare and will never recommend this place because of double billing.

From the service aspect everything was great, people were friendly & fast. BUT, there was a problem with the billing though. I was charged upfront for an MRI and my insurance was also charged. I should not have had to pay according to my insurance. So I called the corporate office to get my payment refunded. I was told it would take 6 weeks. After complaining about the length of time for a refund I was told it would be sent to me in about a week. It has been well over 2 weeks and still no refund.
