If you're reading this , then you probably ended up in the most unprofessional , lowest of the low lot in Houston. as the other review stated below me they break the law by smoking indoors in a business as well as being so rude. I tried to get my license and phone charger from the car , and they wouldn't let me, my phone was dead! You can tell the woman just enjoy being a bitch to everyone as they fatten themselves up on McDonald's and chain-smoke in front of you as you're frustrated from the service .

Staff very rude and unprofessional. Witnessed the staff smoking (in the city limits) while dealing with customers. Very raggedy building, yard and office. I witnessed a female staff member speak very rudely to many customers without reason. The company is a rip off and overcharges for unnecessary and even unwarranted tows. I would give them no star of possible. Ask they do is try and screw you over as much as possible. The price is $20 but they claim over 4 days my price went up $144 and they wouldn't give me my car unless I brought them cash. They all A-holes.
