First time I heard about Northern Tool store was when my pressure washer died and manufacturer advised me to repair it at Northern Tool store.

When I delivered my pressure washer to the store, I was told that it will take a day or two to find out what the problem was and a week or two to repair it, depending on how soon the parts will arrive. Well, after three weeks I was told that it will be ready by the end of the week. Next week I was told the same.. and the same a week later.. I spoke to one of the store managers and he told me he will call back - and never did. Kevin (I suppose the manager of the maintenance department) kept feeding me with promises to have the unit ready, which never happened. After 6 weeks my pressure washer was still broken, but ready to be fixed by the end of the day.. every day.

Enough is enough, so I called Kevin and asked to have it assembled regardless of whether it was fixed or not, I was going to pick it up. As usual, I was told that this will be done, as usual - nothing was done and I had to pick up a completely disassembled unit.

I honestly do not understand how a grown up can be so consistent in not following his own commitments. My experience with this store was a complete disappointment and a waste of time. I was lucky to loose only time, as I was refunded my $35 that I paid for diagnostics.

Do not repeat my mistake of trying to deal with this store – stay away if you value your time!
