The worst hair experience EVER. Decided to get my hair colored. Had to wait on students to show up WELL after opening time. Anyway, I requested light brown and ended up with honey blonde. My hair is extremely long, and it should have been a 2- person job. One side of my head processed the color longer and now my hair is damaged and coming out in clumps. The student was given a small amount of shampoo to wash my hair with. It wasn't enough. I went home and re-washed my hair and color was going down the drain. I have significant hair loss due to the student as well as the manager not knowing what they were doing. NEVER AGAIN.
