The just don't "take" your pet, they "take care" of them. I had to regrettably had to have my cat declawed. They explained everything they were going to do for my cat, before, during, and after surgury. Every person I spoke with on the phone, or in person, you could feel that they cared about your pet. If you care about your pet, this is the place to take them.
