Yesterday I went to get a nail in a tire removed. They removed the nail and it did not leak. Brandon, the front man (acting manager) checked the tire and found a sheet metal screw I had not seen. It did leak when removed, and he had the mechanic to remove the tire and fix the hole. This is the kind of service it takes to bring me back when it is time to buy tires. Mathew

NTB is very nautorious in honoring warranty. They will lie inside out when they know that they have to replace the parts because they are covered under warranty. On the top of it, customer service is very poor. The store manager, Mr. Prindle has some attitude issues. He is very rude and does not hesitate to tell customer to get out and take business elsewhere. I do not recommend going to this store and not deal with Mr. Prindle for sure. He will humiliate you without hesitation.
