i would rate the front office staff as unprofessional and the reception person is very rude. when i visit the apartment to inquire about the staying there the receptionist was on her cell phone and she informed me that when she finishes with her call she would help me. i found that to be rude. when she did help my mother and i she was popping gum and rude to the questions that i asked - she took me to a nasty apartment for show. there was not apartment manager there. she was dressed unprofessional, with tattos showing and very red mohawk hair style. the apartment floors and elevators floors were nasty and when you come into the front door there was a lot of people sitting there where you could hardly get inside. i really was interested in staying there but the unprofessionism was just to much. there was not management there to assist me i was just so out done. please look into improving these apartments. thank you
