OTR hired Rudy to repair our shop for the damage caused by Hurricane Harvey... he showed for work with 2 workers that he hired from Home Depot. Rudy left at 10am and told his workers that he was going to get lunch and materials. Rudy never returned with materials or lunch. According to the 2 workers Rudy promised to pay them $130 each at the end of the day. At 6pm Rudys non staff workers were trying to get ahold of him with no success. Rudy didn't fulfill his promise to his workers. We told the workers that if they couldn't get in touch with Rudy by Tuesday due to Labor Day to come back to OTR and we would pay them for their services in which they did. We did fire this company... Rudy left his workers without food or transportation.
