HORRIBLE! They were asked to only take off 2 inches of length from my very long hair and give me long layers. She took 12 and left me with short uneven and choppy hair I had to go get fixed somewhere else because if they'd tried to fix it a third time (her associate tried to fix it when she gave up) I'd have had nothing left. I went back and asked to get a picture of her certification and she pressed it to her chest and walked to the back of the store. Unprofessional and unskilled. Also, underneath, the lady at visible changes found a single piece of hair that was cut to about 3 inches long! I'm lucky it's underneath and not on top.
