Provided by YP.comTook advantage of me because I didn't know any better (a woman and 64). Manager and help conspired together by speaking spanish which I didn't understand. Claimed they were going to repair my ac, waited 40 mins for them to go get a part. Told me it was fixed so I left. Went back immediately because they gave me no receipt, took him a while to find one to write. 1 month later realized they never changed the part or fixed the problem. It was cold out so I never needed the ac until yesterday. Now have to pay someone else to address the problem again. Don't expect a "tire shop" to do auto repairs. When I went back to ask what happened, they again spoke in spanish to each other and told me a bunch of marlarky as to why the problem wasn't fixed. Ignoring the fact that they quoted me 2 prices and I chose the most expensive to quickly get the problem taken care of. Also told me they would deduct the analysis from the price of the repair. Just beat me out of my money, am ashamed to tell my husband I was stupid to trust them, so I take the loss with a grain of salt.

Provided by YP.comI had brake issues, yes, he does brakes. He took his whole weekend to fix the issue, which was understandable, it was a complicated issue. HE MADE SURE the problem was fixed perfectly before he returned the car. He took his time to make sure the issue was fixed correctly.
With all the issues I had, he could've charged me a lot. He charged me hardly anything. He was very considerate and met my needs. A great place to go.

I went to go get 1 tire plugged, & then I asked the guy name JOSE to check the air pressure in the other three tires, JOSE , was nice & all ,but I clearly don't think that he understands the SERVICE that the customer wants. Well after JOSE checked my other 3 tires for tire pressure, JOSE SEEM TO MESS WITH MY TIRE STEM or THE Stem within the STEM was still pushed in, bout time I made it to work, MY 2 Tires WAS ON FLAT !!!!! DRIVER"S FronT & BACK TIRE I COULD HAVE BEEN KILLED!!! DUE TO JOSE DIDN"T PROPERLY DO SOMETHING RIGHT I called PACO"S & asked for the OWNER & went back & forth with him about what happened & by me being a customer, could someone bring me an air compresspor, WEll FRANCISO told me HE WAS TO BUSY & JOSE Didn't Have a car, & I was to far for him to do anything.... THE OWNER (FRANCISO) hE TOLD ME THAT OTHER GUYS THAT WORK THERE, HAD TO DO AN ALGINMENT ON OTHER CARS. SO I GUESS BY ME BEING, A CUSTOMER, SPENDING MONEY FOR YOUR SERVICES, THE MISTAKE THAT YOUR WORKER MADE WASN'T ENOUGH. I EVEN ASKED HIM IF I WAS TO FIND SOMEONE TO TAKE ME TO GET FIX-A-FLAT FOR MY TIRES, AND GIVE HIM THE RECEIPT WOULD HE REIMBURSE ME,, THE OWNER (FRANCISO BARRERA) TOLD ME ( NO NO) THAT IT WAS THE CAPS ON THE TIRE VALVE WAS THE PROBLEM. I CLEARLY HAD AIR IN ALL MY TIRES, EVEN THE TIRE THAT JOSE PLUGGED, AND I ALSO HAD THE SAME CAPS ON THE TIRE VALVES SINCE THE CAR WAS PURCHURSED. !!!! CLEARLY, PACO'S TIRE SHOP NEED TO HIRE PEOPLE THAT KNOWS WHAT THE HELL THEY ARE DOING !!!!! AND TAKE BLAME, IF IT'S THEIR FAULT !!!!!! I CAN'T LEAVE WORK, OR PICK UP MY KIDS FROM SCHOOL, BECAUSE THE OWNER SAYS HE'S TO BUSY & DON'T HAVE TIME & I'M TOO FAR AWAY.BUT I AM STILL A CUSTOMER, THAT HAS BEEN COMING MORE THAN ONCE..... THIS IS NOT HOW YOU RUN A BUSINESS .... PLEASE TRAIN YOUR EMPLOYESS & STOP BLAMMING YOUR CUSTOMERS I DIDN'T HAVE THIS ISSUE BEFORE I GOT TO PACO'S TIRE SHOP, JOSE CLEARLY, MESSED UP SOMETHING, BUT I STUCK WITH 2 FLAT TIRES........ SERVICE STINKS !!!!
