My entire family and I go here and have never been disappointed. Hai is remarkably talented with cut AND color, which is hard to come by. Her rates are also very reasonable. WIN-WIN!

She cuts and colors my hair better than anyone has before. I've been to many high-end salons for the same services and have never been as satisfied with the results as I am from Paris Hair.

I have just moved from Florida and was looking for a hair salon in my area when I happened across Paris Spa. I really needed a wash and blow out straight. I explained to the owner, an Asian lady, that my hair was thick and would require extra effort; she said she could do it. The man who washed my hair did an incredible job and even gave me a massage, but I don't think that is standard. She began to blow out my hair to dry it, but that was not a typical blow out straight procedure. Typically, they part your hair in sections and blow out straight each section. I know this because I've had my hair blown straight for close to 15 years. However, she just was drying my entire head. Now this is a problem because I have a lot of coarse hair and blow drying the whole head does not smooth out the bottom layers of my hair. She just seemed inexperienced and inpatient with a new client. I tried to guide her and tell her to section off my hair, but she insisted she knew what she was doing, so I cringed in my chair a bit. After blowing out my hair into a great big frizz ball, she announced she was not going to do my hair anymore because I would not be happy. She not only offended me, but made a fool of herself in front of the other clients. I say if you can't work on all types of hair, or you're not experienced enough to do so, don't take new clients. Don't say you can do something, when you can't. IIt was a very bad experience and she has a very nasty attitude. I don't recommend Paris Spa to anyone simply because of the treatment and dissappointing service.
