Houston IAH Park n Fly is convenient, friendly and fast services. Price is reasonable. They get you to airport in good time.

Making reservations on line was quick, easy and secure. Have always had a shuttle available when parking and when returning from the terminals. Will always prefer Park "N Fly when available.

Decent prices and good incentives with earning free days

We arrived in Chicago from a long, exhausted international fligh. After going through passport control and customs we had to catch another flight to Houston. By the time we landed in Houston and got our luggage, it was such a relief to exit the terminal to find a Park N' Fly shuttle waiting. Seeing the shuttle brought a smile to our exhausted faces for we know we are closer to getting home. (Had we had to wait for the shuttle, LOL, we may have fallen asleep on the sidewalk.). Kudos!

Prompt and Friendly Service...EVERY TIME!!!

It was so easy! I parked very quickly and was picked up within 1 minute of getting out of my car. Then the shuttle took me directly to my car when I was ready to leave. It was awesome!

i always use Parl-N-Fly when traveling. They are extremely professional. When I exit my car when in seconds the van is right there and there is a smooth easy ride to the airport terminal. Upon my return, I never have to wait move than 5 minutes and a van in there to pick me up. I would highly recommend any traveler to use Park-N-Fly.

Friendly, helpful service; great reward scheme

The best part of PNF is their drivers. They do not sit around they help passengers' in loading and unloading bags. I always tip but only when someone gets up and help. Not otherwise. These drivers are very helpful.

I like being able to check out with just my frequent parker card.

I reserved my space online. Everything good. I was considering the car wash but it was very early in the am and didn't really think about it. If the attendant would have asked I might have said "Yes". I was confused about the exit where you put in your Park 'N Fly card cuz the sign said something about using a credit card with or without a ticket? I just put in my Park 'N Fly card thinking it registered when I arrived and would know that I paid online. I did not realize I needed to put the ticket in the machine first. Late at night so I didn't study the machine. I went to the cashier and she told me how to do it in the future.

Shuttle bus seat better face toward the front since driving is pretty rough.

Almost everything is pretty fast which is what is needed at an airport where getting on your plane is paramount. On my last trip I had to wait a while at Terminal E but it was the middle of the day which I assume is the slow part of the day.

Friendly drivers fast service plenty of parking safe and secure vehicle storage I really like that the staff remembers me when I arrive and leave.(Score10out of 10)

I'm a long-time customer of Park N Fly Houston - that's because they are fast, friendly and reliable.

They finally got rid of those old creaking loud vans! THANK YOU ! ! ! ! It is really easy to book parking through my corporate travel site. It is easy to roll up to the IAH location and park. Most of the drivers are courteous and friendly. Most of the time, they are waiting on me to hurry up and get on board! Opportunity for improvement: 60% of the time I have to call the IAH office to find out when the van will arrive at my terminal for pickup. This is mostly at night after 9pm when I have not pre-booked my parking. I don't know what to advise to fix this one.
