The Staff at Park West apartments is bad. Starting with the Manager Joanne she is lazy and don't get things done. Everytime I go into the office she is always playing games on her computer. The staff is always sitting around doing nonthing.The staff only make promises and they don't keep them. They advertise ice makers, 2 pools, gates, and 24 hrs maintenance, etc however there is only one pool ava unitl 7pm (bummer) and then it's always green and they don't clean it. They blame it on the chemicals not being ava. I mean come on how hard is it to put in an order. If you have a problem on the weekend you can expect to get a bill for that $50 that is and the problem is still not fixed. The gates are broken and falling apart. I have lived there 4 months and I regret it deeply. The crime is awful there and the management is not doing anything about it. How sorry is it to take parts from other apartments to half --- another, basically they are just trying to shut you up. Big mistake big if you plan on living here.
