This swim school is very bad! Not easy for make up! My son went to the private class but when we canceled all lessons they just can give us group class! It’s not make sense! They said I sign the agreement! Yes I signed but I didn’t see the clear and it’s not fair! I paid $55 for a class! Just one make up, not ten! We chose to leave because the coach was bad, and my son didn't get any improvement here!

Very nice facility, descent instructors... very, very bad management.

Our daughter was taking a $78/month swim lesson class that meets once a week. She was enrolled for several months and had a good grasp on swim basics, so, when summer arrived, we signed her up for a $200 2-week class that meets every day to cap off her training.

Of course, we wanted to cancel the $78 monthly class and didnt't think this would be a problem. Well... it was. Even though we already paid for the $200 class, and it runs AT THE SAME TIME as the $78 class, the manager refused to give us a refund on that month's automatic debit because we did not give him 30 days notice. Of course this is idiotic, and I argued with the barely intelligible manager for while, all to no avail. He flat out REFUSED to refund that $78.

We were just dumbfounded that the owner could be so crass and unreasonable. He basically tricked us into signing up for the more expensive class and then essentially stole $78 from us and invested it into his own company without having to provide a service. He wouldn't even let us apply the funds to future lessons.

LOTS of people have been financially bamboozled by Pengu over their extensive fine print payment policies. Save yourself the trouble, and bring your services to a swim school that values your business and treats you with respect.

This swimming school is a rip-off . I enrolled my son and somebody called me to confirm and asked for my credit card information. When I got there they asked for my credit card again and when I told them I paid over the phone they told me they didn't have any of my card information and that the person that I talked to over the phone did not work there. Finally the manager remembered that he was a new employee but still none of my credit card information was there. They said they would have needed my card anyway to pay for future months. I then asked what they meant with future months. She said that the classes were perpetual until I cancel the classes. I then told her I didn't know it was perpetual and that they didn't say anything about perpetual classes when they called me. She told me I could cancel it now and he could go for a month. I did that and I then gave them my credit card information and payed for a month. The first class was very easy for my son because he has had some swim school before, so after the first class they called me and e-mailed me letting me know that my son was ready to move to the next level and to contact them to talk them to schedule the next-level class. When I called back they said because I cancelled any classes after a month they can not move him to next level even though the instructor recommended to move him. They said because I cancelled, he has to stay in the same level because that was how the system worked. I told her he had three more classes I payed for, but she said she couldn't do anything. They don't really care about the kid learning, just their monthly fee... PERPETUALLY !
