First timer and future repeat customer here. Treated our family very nice, showed us around. Several precious breeds of puppies like French bulldogs, akc English bull dogs, yorkies, etc. They went over the entire process to purchase a pup, no rush, gave us time to think about it.

Our precious baby Yorkie is from here and she is the best thing ever! A friend recommended me here because they have 3 dogs from here so I knew it was someone i could trust. She is healthy, active and was so easy to potty train.

I am so sorry that some cruel mean people broke in your shop and stole the adorable puppies.
They injured the puppies in doing so.
I hope these monsters are captured.
My heart goes out to this horrible incident.

My husband surprised me with a Shih Tzu from this pet store.... The price of the puppy supposedly was 899 the manager changed the price to $1000 even when another employee told him it was 899 on the paper work he claimed the paperwork was wrong (why not just honor the price since its not the customer fault for error) . It was not a huge difference in price so my husband went ahead and bought him the following day. My puppy had a hernia and I was told to bring him in Wednesday to get them removed. Today which is Wednesday I was told that the vet left, but someone else is qualified to take them out. Even though I was told to come in and took off from work to bring my puppy in I still did not get upset. It wasn't until I waited around and still did not get serviced. I told the woman rep I was just going to leave she shrugged her shoulders and said ok. They have used bags and clothing they sell over priced, it smells, and there are roaches in the cages. I wouldnt recommend them, the most important thing is customer service and they failed!

we got a great little dog at pet city about 2 weeks ago. she is healthy and playful. enjoyed the staff they were very nice and helpfull. we also got a good price :)

horrid place. they sell sick animals that sometimes die after they sell them. this place needs to be shut down.

even though i told them i was browsing and was just killing time, they still treated me with the respect they would give someone spending thousands, when i asked a question they were knowledgeable, when i wanted something they got straight on it, they let me hold the snakes and play with the puppies and when i decided i wanted to buy a fish tank from them, they were very honest about how the beggining of a fish tank life, to get cheap fish because they have a 90% chance of dying due to ammonia from a new tank. but all in all this is a nice family owned pet shop that takes pride in their work, and go out of their way to get a product in just for you, and do anything they can to make your visit phenomenal.

It's about time to see a real pet store, this place had everything from puppies to chipmunks, it was like a compact zoo. The kids loved it and cried when we had to leave. If anyone ever asked me where to go for a pet, I would tell them that pet city has everything! Even snakes, which they let my son hold. The best place ever, I'll be going back.
