I ordered my order online at 9...

I ordered my order online at 9:30 and decided to change and upgrade the order at 11:08. At that time I spoke to a very nice call center manager named Esther and she upgraded the order and stated it would be 11:50 It is currently 1:25 and my order has not arrived. I called the local branch manager and he was very rude and nasty. he stated he could only do a $3 discount for almost an hours time after I was promised. I asked if he could do better and he said he would not and hung up on me. I refuse to patronize PH any longer due to this nasty experience with the manager. If he is rude I can only imagine the Customer service reps. Esther from the call center was the only relief I recieved at PH. I am a frequent customer , ordering atleast 1 pizza weekly. It is a shame I will have to go with Dominos because of someone being unprofessional. I have a small business and refuse to allow my employees to represent my business in a negative manner. I will unfortunately post additional reviews about this experience to let others know about this location and it's employees.

Hello. I am the general manager at this location. The manager you spoke with is no longer working at this location. I am sorry you had a bad experience at my store. I did receive an email regarding this incident but there was no return telephone number included so I could not address your issue myself. If you would like to email me your telephone number, I will add a $15 credit to your account to compensate you for the bad experience you had at my store.
