Pizzas are good but service is horrendous. Manager on duty was rude and had no basic courtesy. Was probably stressed about something at work but should know better than to take out her frustration on an unsuspecting customer. Would never order again from here even though it is the closest location to my place.

Had order one pizza for 1pm delivery at ~10am, and called to add another pizza to that order at ~12noon - clearly stated that this was an additional pizza. First, the manager charged my card a second time for two pizzas. Second, she didn't tell me that the first order had been dispatched already (more than an hour before it was due - i live 10mins away). Third, she wanted to bill me twice for delivery. Fourth, when the driver showed up at 1pm with one pizza and i called to inform her of the mix-up, she screamed at me saying i could either take two pizzas or cancel the order and there is no way i'm not paying for two deliveries! would have paid for two deliveries if she had shown some basic courtesy. instead, given her attitude, i canceled the order and made my own pizza at home.
