Basically had the owner of the business cussed me out after 2 minutes conversation because I couldn’t accommodate his needs. Realize being a renter you are bound by the lease terms but to expect to be available when told when you are trying to work to pay the rent in the first place without any consideration is truly ridiculous. Good luck if you have to deal with this firm. You’ll have another job of doing their work.

Our experience with this company changed over time due to a change in management. PES was contracted to manage our vacant home and pay our utilities while we are out of the country. Unfortunately, or electricity bill wasn't paid, despite PES being given $$ in advance, and was shut off for an extended period of time before being noticed. They were contacted on a weekend and failed to return our urgent call about the matter until prompted by our real estate agent. Once the electricity was turned back on, they failed to disclose a problem with our house after an inspection related to the power being turned off. When asked to remedy the situation, they took 2 weeks to send a repairman out. The final insult was receiving a bill to fix the problem related to their error of not paying our bill. Multiple attempts to resolve this issue with them have gone unresolved.
