Both of my children gew up in this facility and I could not imagine leaving them anywhere else!! It was like leaving them with family. They treat the chidren like they were their own. The learning programs were excellent, and both my children's Kindergarten teachers were impressed with their knowledge as they were fully prepared....actually over prepared for Kindergarten class. Most of the work that they were given at Preschool Learning Academy were the same handouts they were doing in Kindergarten. I actually cried when both my kids were too old to atted PLA and begged them for an after school program. I recommend this school for all that are wanting what I did, a small environment with low teacher/child ratios and small group sizes with wonderful, educated and consistent staff.

You'll love the small class sizes and know that your child is receiving personal attention throughout the day. The teachers are wonderful, the learning programs are outstanding, and the children are happy :) All of my children have attended PLA and have had great success in elementary school. We still love to go back and visit!

They feed children junk food for snacks. I have never seen children being fed anything healthy. I felt that my child was being discriminated against. Then one day a parent confirmed it. I noticed it myself when I'd make surprise visits, but I would always dismiss my feelings thinking that the teachers were too busy with so many children. I actually saw a teacher watch soap operas one time while childrens' noses were running past their mouth. TV's are in practically every room and they have to be on at least 2 hrs or more in a day. they definitely don't follow the curriculum that is given to the parent during registration.
