I have been using Priority Process Service, LLC for about 6 months now and have been extremely pleased with the service that they have provided for us.
Prompt, Professional, Reliable and really go the extra mile for their clients.

I have had a very bad experience with this service. Not only have I never received an update on the status of the service, as I always had to call to find out, I was not consulted when the service had to be sent out of town. It has been three weeks since they picked up the citations. Of the two citations I gave him, I still have yet to receive, which was sent to Austin - not the moon. I received the other citation late last week, 2 weeks after being picked up. It was served in Brazoria ... not that far away.

I recently began using these guys on a referral from another attorney. It is very easy to request a service with their online service request form and I can always get someone on the phone when I need which was not the case with my former process server.

My firm has used Priority Process Service, LLC for the service of subpoenas, citations and temporary restraining orders, as well as delivering discovery requests and responses to opposing counsel. I have been very pleased with the prompt, professional service we have received. The pricing is competitive and the service updates they provide are very helpful with client status requests.

These guys are great ! Their standard service is within 72 hours but it always seems to be much faster, almost like I get free rush service for half the stuff they do for me.
