I made the mistake of refinancing with them once and when they got wind (I guess through credit inquiries in my name) that I was trying to refinance, they aggressively called me and made a bogus low offer so I would avoid using another company. Turns out, they sent an appraiser to low-ball the current home value to sabotage the deal. Two other independent appraisers after them appraised at $100K more.



After the bogus appraisal, they never called me back to even try to close the deal. In the beginning, however, they were calling me 10 times a day--overly aggressive and unprofessional--until I paid the $500 appraisal fee and said I'd lock-in with them. It is now clear to me that they NEVER intended to help me refinance--it was simply to block me from using another company.



They are shady, unethical, and unprofessional. AVOID THEM!!
