Due to Luz Carter having a extensive presence on the Internet, we had another offer 6 days for full price after the first offer fell through.



Yes, our home was in a desirable location, so it had several viewings in a short amount of time. We liked that they really worked with getting us full price.



We also liked that they were positive about our home and did not try to push us spending extra money with fancy staging, etc.



We spent our money on paint, landscaping and a few other items to help with the sale but that was it.
