I had a terrible experience with Quality Appliance. I scheduled a visit for a refrigerator repair and no one called or showed up. I called to check the status twice throughout the day and was told the tech would not clock out without stopping by. Called the next morning and they couldn't find my request. They finally found it, only to tell me the tech would try to come by later in the afternoon. No apology, no offer of goodwill in the form of a discount or even an immediate dispatch of another tech. Very frustrating - terrible customer service.

Their advertising is VERY misleading. It implies that they do a diagnostic estimate for free. And they do not mention that they charge $59 + tax for the estimate even when you schedule the appointment. They "waive" the fee by applying the charges to the estimate only if you agree to use them for the work. That would be fine but they need to tell you up front or at least when you schedule the appointment. Not run misleading advertisements that say there is no diagnostic fee. When I called to talk to them about it, they were incredibly rude. Saying they don't work for free and hung up on me. I was always going to pay them, but only suggest that they explain the fee upfront when the appointment is scheduled. Truly terrible people. Take your business elsewhere.

Our dishwasher was leaking all over the floor. I called for service and was told I would get service same day. Sure enough the technician called and came right out and fixed my dishwasher. Thanks for the timely service.

Great company! I called them to come out and take a look at my dishwasher and not only did they fix it the same day but the price wasn't bad either. I will be using them again.
