Man these guys are great! Quick oil change and fantastic customer service - made me feel right at home with friendly conversation. I think I found my new auto service shop!

They are very quick. Very reasonable on their prices. Very honest people. I was very pleased with any service we request.

I have several issues with Rapid Repair Auto Center. In short, I have never been treated more poorly, even outside of the business world, in my lifetime.



I came in for brake service and oil change. To get off on the wrong foot, they charged me almost 3 times as much as their website advertises.



But wait, there's more! The next day, my wife and I drove out of town. After about an hour of driving, we reached a stop light. To my surprise, my car was stuck going 50 mph. If not for my quick thinking, my wife and I, along with the innocent bystanders in front of us, would have died. I quickly slipped the car into neutral, and was able to brake. (Of course, the extra force on my newly replaced brakes caused them to smoke.) When in neutral, the car idled at 4000 RPM. We were now stuck in the middle of west Texas.



After taking it to a new mechanic, I watched him find a whole shop rag in my engine. It was downstream of the air flow from the air filter, which Rapid Repair checked. I suspect that if the oily rag had made it any further into my engine, my car would have caught fire.



Still more! Later, I went to Rapid Repair to complain. I showed the rag to Kourosh (Rush) Doulati, and he told me that I would have to wait at least half an hour, at which time he might be able to furnish an explanation. Although, he did admit that the rag belonged to them. I told him that I was not interested in an explanation, only a refund. At this point, Rush got extremely angry. He pulled his fist back, as if to punch me and proceeded to yell at me. He addressed me as "worthless excuse for a human being," "loser," and "low-life". In an effort to get rid of me, Rush called the police. He told them such lies about me assaulting him and having weapons.



Wow, is this what they mean when they brag "one of our corner stones is our one to one exceptional customer service that we provide to our customers," on their website?
