STAY AWAY from Theresa Pham who works for REALM !!!

( her Vietnamese name is Dieu Trang Ho Pham . She calls herself "Trang" when talking with us )

She is UNPROFESSIONAL and TRICKY when working with us as a real estate agent.

Here are REASONS for what we have complained about her:

1. Theresa Trang Pham worked as our agent but she had not picked up our phone calls for more than 2 days, which totally delayed our process of buying the house we wanted.

2. Theresa Trang Pham let her son answer our phone call and fight with us over the phone after ignoring our phone calls more than 2 days while keeping in touch with clients is the one of the most importance in real estate job.
She even told her son to count her 2-3 days of showing us houses when it was what she had to do for her job. They talked as if we had owned them something !
No real estate agent who count the time they show clients houses ever !
Theresa should have been aware of what she has to do for her job when she applied to work this job as a real estate agent.

3. Theresa Trang Pham was doing everything she could just to force us to make offer of the price she assigned while IT WAS US who are going to spend money on that house, NOT HER !!!
Theresa should have known that she is the real estate agent, NOT THE BUYER.
Her job is showing us the house and giving our offer to the sellers, NOT MAIKING DECISION for us !!!
Who she thinks she is to make us listen to her as if she were our mother ?!?!?!
We know ourselves how we should offer the price for the house ! We are matured adults, not little kids for her to control.

4. Theresa Trang Pham threatened us that : "No matter who is your agent, you have to pay 3% of the sales price when you purchase the property which I showed you."

Honestly, neither Theresa or REALM company deserves a penny in this case when we purchase that house. Needless to say 3% or 0% , she and REALM company should be happy when we have not asked any of them to pay compensation for our time wasted by REALM's employee who is Theresa Pham.

5. Theresa Trang Pham was recommended to us by another real estate agent (Alicia Sermon) who she has to share her 1% of her benefit selling this house with. We are 95% sure that Theresa is trying to save the best interest for her own clients to whom she sells houses without sharing that 1% with the other agent who is Alicia.
Theresa is not only unprofessional but also selfish and tricky by doing this to all of us including our family and Alicia Sermon who was the one recommending Theresa to us.

In general, our family are totally unhappy when having a real estate Agent like Theresa Trang Pham. We are very upset with her attitude and disrespect to us.

In our opinion, Theresa Trang Pham should be trained more to do this job, and REALM should not let an unprofessional agent like Theresa Pham to work with clients.

Hope that none of you who are buyers would have to experience anything as we have experienced with Theresa Trang Pham and REALM.
