DO NOT WORK HERE!

RUN as far away from this company as you can! The turn over rate is sky high and the reasoning behind that is solely because the CEO, Allison Sawyer, is a completely obnoxious narcissist. Allison is the type of person that always has to be right, even if she knows she is (and is proved) wrong. She preaches women empowerment and leads you to believe that you are joining an amazing company with great growth opportunity but don't be fooled... her flawless facade masks a much darker, emotionally unstable, experience-lacking, extremely insecure person. She would never allow another person, especially someone that works FOR her, to excel and reveal how truly lazy and inexperienced she is. She belittles people, tries to make them feel inadequate, and deliberately doesn't provide proper job training so she can make herself look as if she is the only knowledgeable person in the company. Allison treats people so horribly that one employee even experienced panic attacks at work and had to seek medical attention for her mental stability. Allison is a true definition of a narcissist.

In regards to the actual business, her fancy CEO title and all of her degree's are for nothing more than an attention seeking show. She has the absolute worse business sense I have ever experienced working with. This is her first job in her life! Prior to her mooching off of the CTO's invention and starting Rebellion, she did some babysitting but has no real life work experience. Maybe she should have stuck to babysitting because the company is now going into their 3rd year (or more) of loss. She spends ridiculous money on unnecessary international trips and conferences and claims them as business trips but I know for a fact (and have proof) that she has alternative agendas for said trips. $300+ weekly happy hour events and $4000 furniture purchases (which the furniture is absolutely hideous) could be better utilized purchasing training material and other resources for the sales team... but then that would mean that the sales team would actually be able to do their job and show how inept she really is. The sales team consists of ONE sales person who is completely inundated with an out-of-scope workload which prevents her from actually being able to actually SELL! There are currently no new sales in the pipeline because there are no new customers interested in doing business with her due to her bad attitude towards everyone, even potential clients. VP's and top-level management (that she felt I was unable to properly communicate with, I might add) have told me from their own mouths how stubborn and inexperienced she is. I built a better rapport with them in 2 hours then she had in weeks.

Even if you could fight through the abuse and mistreatment at this company, it doesn't negate the fact that the company is extremely unstable and is being run by the female version of Donald Trump. For your own sanity and emotional well-being, do not ever work for this company.
