I have been a customer of this shop for over 7 years. This shop has grown so busy, they will rip you off. Robert and Eric are both very acquainted with how to overcharge and provide extremely bad service. Reliable Auto does not fix the problem, they only make it worse by breaking other parts and lying about their work. Don't waste your time with this place. They already have too many sucker, mechanically non-inclined, customers to deal with. This place must make a few million a year over-charging customers. I hope that this review helps to slow down their work load so they can properly fix vehicles. They literally got into an argument with me about their work while I was only courteous and polite and told me, "I hope your car gets fixed." These people will tear your vehicle apart and laugh. If I could give negative stars, they receive -10.
