I bought tickets through Ticket Master and accidentally and unknowingly purchased my tickets for an earlier show to the Ringling Bros circus. When I showed up to Will Call at Reliant Stadium to pick up my tickets they said they were for the 3pm show and could not be used as a credit for the 7pm show. I had to re-purchase tickets, an additional $140.00. They told me I would need to contact Ticket Master to see if they would refund my ticket. Ticket Master would not refund my ticket because the event had already taken place, but said they would put in a request to the vendor, Reliant Stadium. Reliant Stadium denied the refund. Neither the 3pm show nor the 7pm show were sold out. There was no reason Reliant Stadium could not refund my money since I bought additional tickets. They weren't out any money; they could have refunded the ones I purchased in error. I will NEVER buy another ticket to anything held at this venue, including Texans tickets or Rodeo tickets. For a venue to treat a loyal customer and local citizen in this regard is inexcusable and irresponsible. If anyone else is considering purchasing tickets for an event at Reliant Stadium, be SURE you get the correct date and time or else you will be out a lot of money and they will just be padding their already fat pockets. Because of this I am also considering changing my electricity provider which is Reliant.

This is a breathtaking stadium and well worth the money to see events here.
