When we first started using the clinic I was amazed. But after a couple of years you start to learn. Some of the nurses who answer the phone will lie or not even check with a doctor if they think they know best. I have had a doctor illegally add something in my child's chart. The nutritionist is rude and openly shows how she finds herself above everyone even offending our nurses; she doesn't even comprehend how to get a child to eat by mouth or she, once gain, thinks we are too stupid to understand so gives a ridiculous order. However, the #1 reason for giving a poor review is their lack of care and heart for their patients; when my son left the NICU we were told we had to have a Dr picked out first and they would help. They said I could change the Dr later if I wanted. This clinic has a strong policy of no switching PCPs. They told me I could see another Dr if I wanted but ultimately Dr. Louis would be his primary Dr (even though my son legally doesn't have a PCP and can see anyone}. He is being forced to keep his old Dr a his primary. Medicaid said that is not legal and they need to call Medicaid. I have been told the reason for this clinic to have the rule is so the doctors don't get offended. I'm sorry but I care more about my son and who I trust more than I care about the feelings of the people I don't trust. Ultimately the clinic told me keep his Dr or go to another clinic. We are going to find a non communist clinic.



Dr. Louis also refused to see my child if I didn't want the Care Coordinator in the room. According to the Dr they apparently have care coordinators as part of their medical team. Dr. Louis told me "I refuse to work without my team." Like I said... we are going to find a non communist clinic. One with heart, understanding, and kindness.
